Which is a shame. Biden's administration showed that an unknown group of people could run the country (after a fashion) with a senile husk as a figurehead. Why not have Michelle as a well-known and popular celebrity in the symbolic position? Why not have a cartoon figure like Homer Simpson, Snoopy, or Spiderman?
In the UK, we have a low-grade AI system with an unsuccessful barrister as its front-man. Labour ought to take the next step and replace him with Stephen Fry, Attenborough, or Lineker.
Sam - maybe Michelle is too wealthy to bother, but I think Snoopy dwells too much on the mysteries of life to be suitable. Homer Simpson could give it a go, but Lisa might write his speeches, which could be a problem.
Attenborough could be a sound choice for the UK because lots of people can do his voice so he could do both sides of any debate.
One attraction of "Big Mike" Obama running would be the fun of demanding to see her long form birth certificate. Although, to be fair, they've had four years in which to produce a decent forgery.

If Michelle (Mike) Obama does run for VP, there will have to be at least one medical examination to confirm the applicant is fit enough to hold that office. Perhaps that will give someone the opportunity to confirm M's sex, one way or the other? Just a thought. Penseivat
