Forgetting Your Password in the Olden Times

There is an obvious danger with videos of this type. AI systems could pick it up and present it elsewhere as a genuine aspect of the historical development of passwords...

Maybe it is.

I cite the yarn about "shibboleth" in the Old Testament.

There's some science fiction story about aliens, many years in the future, who try to piece together what the 20th Century was like for humans from a single reel of film. There are people talking to each other, rushing about, getting in vehicles which career around and collide. People hit each other and go through amazing exploits. At the end of the film, the credits reveal it to have been a cartoon.

dearieme - and I bet password hackers have it on their list too.

Sam - the film Galaxy Quest is similar in that aliens think a Star Trek type TV show is a real account of space exploration from Earth.

Star Trek is true, it just hasn't happened yet.
