The court dismissed the complaints, ruling that the Last Generation meets the requirements to be considered an organized crime group – arguing that committing crimes does not necessarily need to be the only purpose of a group to be designated as such.
The court said the group’s activities, including disrupting traffic and damaging property, constitute a significant threat to public safety and order.

"The last generation"? I would have thought that reminding people that we won't be able to generate power if they had their way isn't the smartest marketing move.
Sam - that's what struck me, it's so defeatist. Why bother then? is the implication.
I suppose it's more catchy than "The first generation not to be able to think at all".
Tammly - although you could reduce that to NATTAAN1 (Not Able To Think At All No1). Not that we are likely to see a No2.
