"Plan?" I had hoped he'd simply done it.
All those money making NGOs.
All the people making a living through the climate change con are horrified to discover that someone significant is choosing to ignore them. They might have to make a living doing something else but other grifters have already established residence in them.
The first one on the list - Simon Stiell - seems well named.
dearieme - I hoped so too. Maybe it requires no plan, but some kind of formal notification as well as the decision.

DJ - they may have to tackle genuine problems such as... oh I don't know... preventable fires perhaps.
