Revealed: What Hillary Clinton's victory speech would have been if she'd beaten Donald Trump
Her speech addressed the division the "long, hard campaign" had brought about.
"My fellow Americans, today you've sent a message to the whole world," Clinton says. "Our values endure, our democracy stands strong, and our motto remains 'E pluribus unum.' Out of many, one."
"We will not be an us vs. them country. The American dream is big enough for everyone," she added.
When the mendacity is so blatant and so contemptuous of popular understanding we realise yet again why Trump won.

I'm surprised she released it. The woman can have no sense of shame at all.
Apart from being a terrible president, her husband doesn't seem to be all that bad a bloke.
You can make an argument that while Trump was 'awful' Clinton would have been more 'awful' and Biden is more awful still.
And the thing about the Elites is that come to believe their entitlement, so any adverse event must be someone else's fault. Hence the 'Victory Speech' was bursting to be said, even though it is completely superfluous.
I understood that Epu refers to making a single republic out of a baker's dozen of ex-colonies. God, she's an ignorant cow as well as being a vile, vile woman. Her husband is also a vile specimen. The USA's choice of Prez since Bush the Elder was binned has been extraordinarily bad. Or maybe it's not extraordinary just conspicuous.

DJ - maybe the Biden presidency suggests the position is becoming ceremonial and not open to people who wish to change things except superficially.
dearieme - maybe Hillary knows it refers to making a single republic from that baker's dozen but she's turned into into a grandiose reference to herself. As she does.
