Maybe some are, but I can almost guarantee that many would baptise migrants knowing full well that it is bogus. They want more immigrants, they think it is about social justice, and game the system. You might as well get The Guardian editorial team making the decisions.

Sam - interesting, that's what I suspected but didn't know. Leads me back to the overwhelming power of language, but many things do that.
