He's excellent - one to watch. There is a big problem with complaining about the preponderance of left-wingers and woke bias in various institutions and society at large. The left-wingers take this as evidence that more people see sense, are on the "right side of history", and that reactionary old dinosaurs are in a minority. That’s why it is important to not be apathetic, but to keep arguing, fighting, and ridiculing them.
Sam - yes they will take their preponderance as evidence of being on the "right side of history". It's the least energy principle attracting people towards consensus.
It's probably inevitable until it goes wrong and that's where it is important to do as you say, keep the arguing and ridiculing going. The ridiculing may begin to bite when failure becomes obvious but before it turns into disaster.
