Another video which demonstrates how the BBC is unable to deliver rational analysis of current affairs and how it and the political class tacitly supporting it are beyond reform.
We need to go further than merely defunding it. They probably have enough licence-payers and revenue from commercial sales to allow the profitable bits to support the propaganda. It also needs breaking up, so customers are given real choice in what they want to support. Currently, a family enjoying nature programmes, classical music, and children's TV are paying for Lineker and dull left-wing "satirists".
Sam - the big attraction of defunding would be lots of delightful YouTube videos about all the anguish, sackings, agonised belt-tightening and attempts to blame it on Brexit, Trump and so on.
Sorry to bring another site to the table AK, but the opening comments here sum up what I'm sure the majority of normal UK sitizens think about the failing BBC...
I do comment occasionally, but only from seeing their website, which has reams of rather boring items these days, a few bits of scuttle-buck, the usual snipes against Brexit and former President Trump and the ghastly Lineker rubbish!
Certainly not worth the TV tax which we don't pay anyway...

Scrobs - that's an interesting comment and I bet nobody is surprised. It's the bland assumptions that their absurdities can't even be questioned.
