In the complicated game of double-crossing and false-flag operations that American politics has turned into, this could actually be a pro-Biden video. Biden, realising that an appeal to his competence is not going to work, could have got his team making this video to remind Democrats what lies in store if he is removed.

dearieme - it isn't easy to compare them, but Harris' speeches are weirdly dumbed down material and her delivery even manages to make them seem dumber. It's extraordinary to watch. Worse than Biden in that respect.
