Sounds like the effects of boredom to me

Neil Parish: MP resigns as he admits watching porn in the Commons

The veteran politician, who had the Conservative whip suspended on Friday, said he watched adult material twice in Parliament, claiming the first time was accidental after looking at tractors online but that the second was "a moment of madness".

How do they - the Whips (Ooh err, Mrs) find out?
Is security monitoring the server use? Do they have clipes in the benches behind?
Do the benches have built in heart rate and blood pressure monitoring which sounds alarms when unusual activity, beyond the usual post lunch torpor, is detected? Normally used to detect it a member is dead and not just comotose.
On a phone the images would be tiny.
Boggleth my mind.
Could it just be slow motion playback of members (apologies. I don't create the vocabulary.) of opposition crossing and re-crossing limbs with the associated gentle sussuration of nylon caressing nylon.
Enough, already.

Doonhamer - maybe he was daft enough to use HoC WiFi, although I understand a snitch just peeped at his phone.

"Why isn't "WAA" a standard internet term?

(i.e. What An Arse.)

On the other hand it wasn't so long ago that we wondered how many MPs were on the payroll of the Warsaw Pact. Now we are invited to worry about this shabby fellow. It's an improvement, isn't it?"

It is an improvement, especially when we look at the dubious loyalties of someone such as Corbyn or the damage done by Blair.

He must be in the pay of the Russians, he was looking at tractors on line! Remember Russians used to get very confused between good looking tractors and Russian women. He was watching tractor porn!😂

If he had come out and identified as a tractor he would be in the clear and being given support....#lovethytractor

Tammly - a nicely set up tractor of the right vintage...

Wiggia - although he may have found the prospect of support and the kind of people likely to offer it more embarrassing than remaining as an MP.
