Officers from Derbyshire police were called to the Osmaston Park Superstore in Allenton yesterday evening, Saturday, December 18, after an unexpected item was found in the store.
Fortunately no one was hurt in the incident, apart from maybe the driver's pride.
In a tweet, Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit said it was investigating the incident, but early indications suggested poor driving on the part of the owner.

I would expect so. Imagine driving a lovely Audi and not shopping in Waitrose.
I wonder if he got Nectar points for all the groceries he had to pay for?
I think I might have done that if I'd heard them playing 'A fairy tale in New York' for the fortieth time!
Scrobs: I started really enjoying "fairy tale" when I heard that the bent broadcasting company had woked it!
Wiggia - it does (:
Sam - and Waitrose could be more familiar with the shaky customer driving issue.
DJ - he should have insisted on it.
Scrobs - we've avoided much of that by shopping online. Worth it for that alone.
Jannie - they would do that.
It does often seem to be Audi drivers that are the worst these days. Used to be BMW's, in my youth it was Jaguar drivers.
Andy - it's as if manufacturers know that certain models will tend to attract oafs.
Ha ha ha, The J!
I didn't know that, and Kirsty McCall is a favourite, but if the BBC banned it, then it must be worth another visit to Snazzos!
Actually, The J, we don't go to Snazzos (Sainsbury's), as they wrote and informed us that if we didn't like their woke attitude, we could shop elsewhere, so we do, snd they've lost about £250.00 a month!
Go woke, go broke!
