Andy Murray warns Just Stop Oil against targeting Wimbledon as group defends Ashes pitch invasion
Andy Murray says there is "a good chance" Wimbledon will be disrupted by a Just Stop Oil protest - and while he supports the climate group's cause, he has urged activists against targeting The Championships, warning it would be "dangerous".
The two-time Wimbledon champion said while he supports the group's cause - it could be "dangerous" to invade the courts, because tennis players "obviously have got rackets in their hands".

The likelihood of players lamping Just Stop Oil protestors is vanishingly small. The players might lose their sponsorship.
The State has persuaded people that taking action against lawbreakers is the State's responsibility. But if The State is widely seen to fail in stepping up to the mark...
DJ - a YouTube video of players lamping Just Stop Oil protestors would probably attract an enormous number of views.
While it’s unlikely that players would deliberately take a swing at protesters, it is not out of the question, given the pace of the game, that activists could accidentally get in the way of a racquet or a ball travelling at well over 100mph.
It is, perhaps, worth bearing in mind that Emily Davidson had a return ticket in her pocket when she tried to attach a Suffragette flag to a galloping racehorse.
Also, I wonder how many of us are left using the old spelling and how long other ‘difficult’ words will survive. Certainly the GCSE syllabus has long since replaced ‘sulphur’ with ‘sulfur’ and so on.
Macheath - activists would probably be careful to avoid a 100mph ball, but they do seem to be fired up by their own drama. What they may not understand is that they wouldn't even see a ball at that speed coming towards them.
Macheath - I stuck with 'racket' to give an ambiguous meaning to the blog title. I still use 'sulphur' although 'sulfur' is the IUPAC spelling so unfortunately the GCSE syllabus probably should use it. The spelling Mrs H and I dislike most is 'Drive-Thru', but a huge number of youngster must see it as correct.
"and while he supports the climate group's cause..."
Anyone who supports the groups cause should be inconvenienced by the group, good and hard. Unless these people are willing to stand up and say they think man made climate change is bunkum, they'll get no sympathy from me
Bucko - no sympathy from me either. I'd be happy to watch a clip of Wimbledon being disrupted.
