I am amazed he didn't burst into tears, it seems the thing to do these days....
We should identify climate alarmism as a conspiracy theory held by the irrational just as climate denialism is regarded as a conspiracy theory. Either conspiracy might be held as a Noble Lie - the matter being so important that a lie may be justified to sway the masses. Chris Packham clutching his pearls is hardly contributing to the debate.
It is noteworthy how saner people (like Bjørn Lomborg, see Wikipedia) have been squeezed out of the debate by the conspiracists.
Surely now we've passed COP26 and there's no real agreement to reduce CO2 emissions in the places that matter, we can forget about the whole thing? After all we we told by the likes of the people in the video that this was the LAST CHANCE EVAAAR!!!! to do something, so now something hasn't been done then thats it surely? We've cooked our goose, or flooded it, or frozen it, whatever 'climate change' decrees will happen to our goose, so we can get back to burning all the lovely fossil fuels we like because catastrophe is now certain, so lets make merry. Frack baby frack!!!

DJ - to my mind it is important not to see the issue as a civilised debate. From the beginning we have been fed with dramatic but unreliable predictions and to my way of thinking we would be unwise to put that to one side.
Sobers - yes, I'm wondering if abject failure will finally have practical consequences. I hope so for the sake of our grandkids.
Sam - it's so bizarre because he must know he is using oil-based products all the time. Yet the guy does seem to believe what he says. I blame the Dazolidinyl urea, it's embalming his brain.
