The X exodus - could Bluesky spike spark end of Elon Musk's social media platform?
Even Google appears to trust X less, with one expert telling Sky News the search engine treats X competitor Bluesky as 10 times more important than Elon Musk's platform.
Actress Jamie Lee Curtis, The Guardian newspaper, and even the Clifton Suspension Bridge have joined swathes of people deserting Elon Musk's social media site X.
That a rum gaggle of X leavers. Must have something in common, but I can't see it. Yet losing the Clifton Suspension Bridge must be a blow for Elon Musk, almost enough to make him give up on his dreams of being rich, famous and successful.
However, the problem with flouncing off is that it can only be done once. Repetitive flouncing doesn't have anywhere near the same effect and retrospectively reduces the effect of Flounce 1.

This should be fun. I bet they will get fed up with the same boring opinions bouncing around their little hall of mirrors. The irony will leak in. Most will have little surreptitious peeks into the X-rated site just to have the thrill of being outraged.
Meanwhile the Canadian border is overwhelmed with fleeing slebs.
I'm really enjoying the fact that his Majesty's Official Opposition appears to be Elon Musk and Trump - with a little bit of help from Farage. And the people squealing about "foreign interference" are the ones who wanted to stay in the EU because Barnier and co. would protect us from the nasty Tories and the right-wing.
I'm hoping that Musk reveals the truth about the Southport killer and Starmer's involvement. MPs are banned from discussing it (so much for Parliamentary privilege!) but presumably people in America can say whatever they want. Once they've put Rudakubana away, there will be no issue of invalidating the trial, and the truth can come out.
Doonhamer - they will also see X-rated teaser links elsewhere which will leave them wondering if bland and outrage really should be the whole of their online world.
Sam - and Trump and Musk will be his Majesty's Official Opposition almost until the next general election, assuming this lot goes the full five years. Almost tempts me into an X account, but I spend enough time online already.
"MPs are banned from discussing it". I hadn't known. So much for Parliament being sovereign. That's the end of our constitution then. Who brought about this outrage?
deaerieme - I don't know the answer to that, but presumably the Speaker can prevent anything from being discussed.
