So would abolishing many of the tasks. They've spent years building a job creation scheme, so let's try a job destruction scheme.

Sam - they hate job destruction so perhaps it implies they intend to regulate the value out of it.
It might save time, but it won't save money. Any civil servant that finds their job is no longer needed will not be fired, they will be made into managers
I read Fleabay ads regularly: they've recently added an "AI" option to the sellers page. The dreadful results read like a stepdown from "Danger, Will Robinson"

Bucko - yes that's what they do, I've seen it often enough over the years.
