I suppose it might be snow.But as we don't know what snow is any more, it's hard to be sure.
Peter - I agree, it is hard to be sure, but we've been out in it and it certainly seems remarkably snow-like.
Perhaps it's congealed water vapour, solidified by noxious levels of carbon dioxide, methane, and particles of pollution? All down to the works of man, so the sooner we have to walk everywhere and eat bugs the better.Or maybe that white stuff is natural sarcasm?
