Looks like the House of Commons with an adjournment debate.
I'm surprised that London came out so well. I thought it would be derelict as well.

Sam - I expected at least some dereliction too - quite encouraging as well as surprising.
Off the top of my head, there's one in Serbia and a lot of it is full of bullet holes due to the balkan war. I watched a program about it some time ago
