Climate Froth

Climate crisis will change taste of beer and make it more expensive, say scientists

Some European hop producers give beer the citrus, floral and fruit aromas which have become so popular among UK drinkers.

Experts said with falling hop yields, British and European drinkers should expect to see the cost of beer increase in the coming years.

They aren't trying very hard, this one isn't even scary.

How are the, currently under ice, farm land prices in Greenland?
When you see William Gates buying mega hectares you can take it seriousy.
Once again the Norse will be carousing with quarts of good ale in their local sair.
Us Brits will have to make do with wine.
Lots of it.

Doonhamer - interesting idea. Maybe hops could be grown in Greenland, so if big brewers start buying up land we can also take it seriously.
