Dr Richard Lindzen gives a powerful, comprehensive and mostly non-technical critique of the rise of climate politics. Quite long but very interesting and easily understood, leaving little room for ambiguity about the kind of people behind it all.
Thanks, that was very interesting. So was the googling I did after watching Dr. Lindzen. Lots of people queueing up to criticise him, but on political grounds rather than addressing the science.
Nice point about the trillions of dollars spent so far having no effect on CO2 levels. And whether that's due to China industrialising, or simply that human activity has little impact, is largely irrelevant. The West is simply giving up.
Sam - that's it, trillions of dollars spent and no effect on CO2 levels. In an honest world we'd note the futility of it, stop the spending and divert all of it to more useful activities but we don't. It's a power play and a scam.

And you know how power grabs fail, when they do, Tammly's old observation and remedy.
Tammly - I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever see it fail. Just goes on and on, madder and madder.
