Oh I see! Climate change has so warmed up Scotland in winter, that Scots are dying in droves of the heat?
Tammly - that must be it, people still wear their woollies even though winter heat stroke is best avoided by wearing shorts and T-shirts now climate change has kicked in.
They have the wrong sort of cold weather up there, probably because of Brexit.
