We've been emptying the kitchen this morning because the floor is being ripped up and replaced on Monday. Still some work to do, but the whole thing has turned out to be surprisingly good exercise. I must have walked a few miles round the house already, looking for things.
I'll be making afternoon coffee in an hour or so. I know the bits and pieces for making coffee are in in the front room somewhere. Milk is in the fridge in the hall...

That exercise aspect cannot be overstated. That low to medium level constant movement is vital at a certain age.
James - especially in winter and it doesn't require much movement.
You have my sympathies, and I hope things are back to the new normal ASAP. I seem to spend a lot of my time looking for things, because my wife is addicted to reorganisation. Perhaps she is thinking of my health.
Sam - fortunately we don't do much reorganisation, but it's disconcerting to realise how much stuff we have. We should be back to normal by the end of the week though - huge amounts of stuff hidden in cupboards again.
