I've noticed a slight change in my attitude towards wildlife recently. I find myself thinking lucky sods, even when they scrap like maniacs over a bit of territory. As we humans do too of course.
But we also scrap like maniacs over abstractions invented by lunatics. I wonder what the natural world thinks of gender politics?

Particularly the Amoeba...
Even when the polar bears scrap over that shrinking ice-floe?
Our little white cat is currently being bullied by a local black cat and a ginger cat, they are shitting in our garden regularly, I feel a bit like Buckingham Palace might posibly feel
Interesting...
Our JRT was a rescue pup, and is now getting on a bit, but still a bugger at wanting to go out at 1.00am... But I really don't mind, as she gives more than gets.
I've noticed that happening with another rescue dog owned by a chum, and he really does respond so much better than a few months ago!
So just like Israel and Palestine all about territory, we are not much different from animals
Although Felix does have a nuclear option, me with a baseball bat, if they keep on at it and what happens then ? the rest of the world complains about bullies being bullied
and any perusal of the Guardian for example will give one plently of examples of this twisted mentality.
God knows why they gave Israel to the Israelites, but we have handed over swathes of our country to Albanians and muslims who have decided their own culture taskes precedence and the left complain about Israel defending itself.
Philosophical today I see. :)
A year of sitting around at home watching animals and birds in the garden makes one more aware of their antics and characters, and how they relate to ours.
Bucko - where happiness is a full vacuole.
Sam - they only do that if a camera crew is around.
MrMC - with a bit of luck the black and ginger cats will begin fighting each other and then we'll see some fur flying. Mostly ginger fur of course.
The left does complain about Israel defending itself. Defending what you have seems to be a pet hate however suicidal not defending these things turns out to be.
Scrobs - 1.00am would be too late for me, especially in winter.
James - it's the only real option :)
Woodsy - that's what we've found. It feels like a change for the better too which is annoying.
