San Francisco is one of the most expensive places to live in the US, but it also has high levels of homelessness.
What the blue blazes are they on about? Harry has made a considerable effort to show the entire world that he intends to apply his wife's self-serving ideologies to all social and political problems. The rest is window dressing.

Well, it will open his eyes to how the other half live. He is used to parasites being dim, woodenly Germanic, ex-military. Now he'll see the laid-back, fashion-conscious tech-savvy half of parasite-world.
James - that's my impression. Mostly useless.
Sam - and probably the part Meghan wants him to know, although I bet he doesn't know what an interview is yet.
