You would have hoped that Insurance Companies could provide more accurate data... unless they are claiming secrecy for commercial reasons. Perhaps they need a nudge.
DJ - they should have data they rely on but as you say they may claim secrecy for commercial reasons. Possibly political reasons too - I suspect there is more to come on this issue.
