When I worked in IT I came across a major computer system that was rolled out with a Developers' Easy Logon still in place. It wasn't malicious, just poor version control - as far as I know. Malicious backdoors would have been better camouflaged I expect.
DJ - it's not easy to tell from this side of the Atlantic, but the video give an impression of weak systems administered by people who often aren't clear what their responsibilities are. Sound as if a huge overhaul is needed without the political will to do it.
