Holz-Eakin is an economist. He knows the cost, but not the science. Somewhere else there is a scientist being humiliated because claims to know the temperature, but not how much it will cost. If they meet it will be even less convincing.
Sam - and the scientist who claims to know the temperature doesn't know it and knows he doesn't. I think by now they all know that whatever numbers they come up with are worthless, the uncertainties are just to large.
