David Cameron sounds alarm over British brain drain
Former Prime Minister Lord David Cameron has expressed concern about the exodus of British entrepreneurs and talent, warning that the UK government needs to set aside ‘other goals’ and prioritise business growth.

No politician is going to welcome people cleverer than them. Which might go some way to explaining why the COVID response was a mis-fire.

DJ - yes, that's a point which is easy to forget, we should expect politics to attract people who find it difficult to accept anyone cleverer than they are. Bound to cause problems.
