Labour demands more repression

Source

The problem is poisonous politics, not people who question orthodoxies. Coronavirus vaccine developments are interesting, but that does not mean the UK government response wasn't an unforgivable totalitarian shambles. And it still is.

We should not be distracted from that by yet more calls from the usual suspects to suppress free speech. For example -

Anti-vaccination content on social media is "poison" and "garbage" and should be "stamped-out", Labour has said.

"Stamped-out" indeed. Isn't that revealing?

They should be an example and get jabbed asap.
Me, I-ll have the placebo. No one died after having that. 100% survival.

George Orwell.

Stamping has quite a pedigree.

Which oppression do we choose? We have a choice of two.

Yep. A Labour government under Sir Keir would have clamped down earlier and harder and longer, without evidence

I'm laughing all the way to the bank, with my shares in jackboot manufacture.

There's an interesting article warning about Gates's not-a-vaccine on Legiron's blog, Underdogs bite upwards.

Doonhamer - good idea. They could try all vaccines as soon as they become available.

Sam - almost as if they think 1984 was a manifesto.

James - none would be a good choice if there are two.

Graeme - and to a lawyer, evidence is something you select to make your case.

Ed - thanks, I'll take a look at the blog post.
