Mine is also a bit more hit-and-miss than usual. And several people on line have said the same. Not sure whether this is due to the overall system being hammered by Zoom conferences and bored lockdowners streaming videos, or whether more time spent on line shows the glitches.
Sam - we managed to log a fault via the phone and today it suddenly came back after being unusable for most of two days. I assume the system is being hammered and the broadband outfits may have staff shortages too.
