A headline and a picture

Two stories both from Sky - here and here. Of course it isn't the public Cummings has to worry about, but the mainstream media who did so much to foster this mess.

In a parallel universe somewhere, the woman who claimed that Dominic Cummings' actions entitled her to drive hundreds of miles with her children for a day out at the beach is being pilloried by the press rather than quoted with approval on the front page.

He only did it because another baldy thought it was not wrong to do so.
A Labour MP, a Shadow Foreign Minister, a hereditary MP, Kinnock.
The big chance for our msm to prove impartiality.

I'm hoping that the MSM have reached a tipping point, and that the public are now seeing through the charade and getting thoroughly sick of them.
I know the remainers probably accept that anything that inconveniences Boris and Cummings is justified, but the penny must have dropped with some people. The media are behaving appallingly.

Here in New Zealand we have only been lightly affected by the virus, most people have been sensible about taking precautions. Now however a lot of people , especially the young have had enough and are beginning to congregate in large numbers. Last weekend a large party was broken up by the police although no one is being prosecuted.

Macheath - but sadly not our universe. To be mildly fair to her, this is what the media want and forcefully attract.

Doonhamer - and now Alastair Campbell apparently. Probably more than we'll ever know.

Sam - they are appalling but what if they really do know their audience? Sounds unlikely but maybe they do. A Sky survey popped up today so they at least are probably looking for lessons to be learned.

John - that sounds sane compared to the UK, although I'm sure there will be endless investigations into why some countries have been hit harder that others.
