Another contrarian view on the coronavirus debacle, this one from Tony Hellerwho mainly covers climate change issues. Also a hostage to fortune this one, but an interesting take on the logic of what we are being told.
Interesting to hear him describe the UK strategy as being more sensible. We don't get that here, where the media want to portray Boris as being incompetent. One big risk is that he seems to be driven by a desire to stop the NHS being overwhelmed. The jewel in our crown cannot be seen to be less than lustrous. It seems likely that the government's attempts to avoid this will do massive damage to the economy. Swathes of industry closing down, some of it for ever, for an illness which seems to be relatively mild for most people who get it.

If there is one positive result from all this MSM panic it's that we're being spared the "thoughts" of Saint Greta.
