Nuuk webcam

Webcam image of Nuuk, capital of Greenland. More here. Surely it's amazing that I can sit here by the fire and via my laptop make a virtual visit to such an exotic location.

It doesn't look like that now. (21.53, our time). Pitch black, with a few lights.

I'll run it past the wife, but I think we'll be going to Devon again next summer.

I bet the good people of Poole and Bridport, will be somewhat surprised to learn that the Dorset Culture had a lot to do with this place...

Doesn't the 9.30 from Heathrow to Dulles go over this place?

Thanks Scrobs for a nugget, I had never heard of Dorset Culture (thought it was a branch of the YCs).

My first thought seeing the piccy - "God this is an awful place".

Sam - surely those cranes suggest exciting new developments though.

Scrobs - I'd never heard of the Dorset Culture either and yes, I believe flights do go over Greenland.

Roger - yet look at all those cranes.
