Missing Words Game
Prince William signals he won't keep quiet on issues that matter to him - in fact it's going to step up a gear
King Charles was criticised for being too political when he was heir, with suggestions he'd end up a "meddling monarch". It is a label William and his team are likely to be wary of, but there are suggestions we may now actually hear more from him rather than less...
William reaffirming his dedication to an environmental cause, this time the "war" against the illegal wildlife trade, in memory of his grandmother.
It felt like he was firmly setting out that he won't be keeping quiet about what matters to him, in fact it's only going to step up a gear.
There are some interesting missing words in this piece.
Climate
Sustainable
Energy
Green
Planet
Net Zero
Winter
Power cuts
Freezing to death
All these words are missing.

It may just be happenstance but very often the Elite are ahead of realising that what is fashionable has run its course.
Is climate change happening? Certainly. Is Global Warming happening? Maybe. Are the activities of humans affecting climate change and global warming? Almost certainly, but the key question is by how much? There appears to be a growing awareness that the alarmists have overcooked their concerns.
Don't agree. Climate change isn't happening (the description the green environmentalists use) there is no such thing as human induced global warming and CO2 does not drive it anyway.
'the "war" against the illegal wildlife trade': I do hope they make capturing bears and wolves illegal before some daftie releases the ruddy things in Britain in the name of "rewilding".
On the other hand I would settle for a trade off: exterminate all the wild boar and almost all the deer plaguing the countryside and instead release whatever is the modern closest cousin to the auroch. Those would be worth seeing.
Or if there's nothing anywhere near the aurochs available, and if trying to recreate them as genetically modified organisms is unwoke, how about instead widespread release of Highland Coos? They are beautiful and rather gentle beasts.
DJ - yes, there are hints of a possible adjustment of fashionable concerns. One hint was the BBC "discovering" what has been widely known for years - Drax burns wood pellets some of which are derived from virgin forest.
Tammly - there is certainly no evidence of human induced global warming. We have some local effects such as cities being warmer than rural villages, but what any of it amounts to globally seems to defy measurement.
dearieme - releasing bears and wolves into the British countryside sounds completely insane to me. We occasionally see Highland cattle in Derbyshire fields - always very docile when we walk past them.
