Not sure about this. The picture might have been taken using one of those "intellect detection" cameras.But in any case, shouldn't there be a massive wind-turbine on top of Big Ben?

Woodsy - I expect you are right. I'm finding the CFL type to be less reliable than expected so I'm not paying through the nose for LED.
