The YT video which was the subject of this post has been deleted until it has been verified as accurate. At the moment this does not seem to be the case.
Please accept my apologies, as ever the rule is check, check, check.
Is this real? I can't find anything about this case anywhere other than random FB pages and youtube talking head reaction videos. No press reports of a court case being filed, no reports of proceedings. It sounds like made up wishful thinking to me.
Rather suspect this is fake news; the only source I could find was a facebook post apparently originating in that centre of British virtue, New York City. It would be nice to be proved wrong though; anyone have any links to confirm it?

Could not happen to a nicer lady, ha ha.
James - yes, great news, I'm going to treat myself to some chocolate.

Sobers and Barbarus - I've been checking it out too, unfortunately after posting the video.
Please accept my apologies if it isn't genuine and at the moment I don't think it is. I'll delete the video if more checking comes up negative.
