Re Mandelson; waiting half an hour outside on the street for an uber to take him home after visiting a friend? Really? And why was he carrying a bottle in a gift bag?
Did he get his marching orders for some reason or was it a case of “That’s it, George; I won’t stay here a moment longer. I’m going home. And I’m taking my bottle with me!”
