They might want to check that their supply of AstraZeneca vaccine doesn't get commandeered by the EU.
And why would they need vaccines at all? Their population are hardly inveterate global travellers. Just hunker down and let it pass...
Sam - they probably don't want many doses, just a few so the elite can act as guinea pigs for the rest of the population.
