As with here, how do people like that with no expertise in anything get to be elected, it seems the qualification required to be a politician is either to be from a minority or simply a pliable brain dead failure, I see the EU has appointed another failure to lead them. Christine Lagarde is considered suitable to head up the IMF despite being found guilty of misappropriating millions, Merckel still pulls the strings after her disastrous immigration policy, the list of contenders is almost limitless, we are not well served is the understatement of the century.
Wiggia - it's odd and I don't know how they climb the greasy pole which for them isn't at all greasy. It seems to be at least partly a social class thing, so not at all new. Maybe we are just more aware of it these days.
