Keir Starmer slams Jim Ratcliffe for saying UK has been 'colonised' by immigrants
Keir Starmer has demanded Sir Jim Ratcliffe apologise for saying "the UK has been colonised by immigrants".
The Prime Minister hit back on Wednesday night by calling the Manchester United co-owner's comments "offensive and wrong".
In a post on X, Sir Keir added: "Britain is a proud, tolerant and diverse country. Jim Ratcliffe should apologise."
Oh dear, Keir Starmer doesn't like free speech. If he could, he would probably do away with it even more quickly than he is already.
But we knew that.

Pompous poltroon propels the Pro-Proletarian Party into the Pals of Paedophiles Party, provoking protests (and punishment?). Prick!
Advice to Keir: Keep right on digging!
Advice to Jim: Never apologise, never explain.
dearieme - excellent, if only the pompous poltroons at the BBC (PPC?) would write headlines like that.
Peter - yes, Starmer's basic instinct is to keep on digging, but he isn't smart enough to tackle Jim Ratcliffe and shouldn't have attempted it.
According to the 1pm BBC News, Sir Jim has gone backwards a little. Wrong word, but right attitude.
What Starmer and the left are really saying is, "how dare Ratcliffe criticise our failed vision for the Nation!"
DAD - yes, he has retracted the blunt language but it's out there now and can't be put back. As you say, the right attitude remains.
Tammly - they don't want to know about failure even if virtually everyone can see it.
