Green MSP Gillian Mackay launches leadership bid to 'deliver fantastic things for Scotland'
An MSP who successfully led a campaign to create anti-protest buffer zones around abortion clinics is bidding to become a co-leader of the Scottish Greens.
Gillian Mackay said she wanted to "deliver fantastic things for Scotland" and claimed she could "take the party further and deliver great election results".

In my experience "Green" Holy Willies are stupid, ignorant, and nasty. Is the female of the species more deadly than the male?
Any relation to Mr Mackay in Porridge?
He was a great and funny actor, but I'm not sure if she is...
One of several dictionary definitions:-
Fantastic: Fanciful and unrealistic; foolish
dearieme - they are in my experience too, but is the female of the species more deadly than the male? There isn't much in it, but I'd say yes.
Scrobs - I don't know if they are related, but she is most unlikely to be funny except in an unintentional way.

Why do the wrong people go into politics?
