Democracy or a Mickey Mouse parliament?

I'll be voting for The Brexit Party tomorrow. Not to select the right people to sit in a Mickey Mouse parliament but as a political statement about the way Brexit has been handled. For voters in a peacetime democracy the number one voting consideration is democracy itself. Is it being made stronger, weaker or about the same? Everything else comes second.

Spot on, Mr H, and why are normal people sitting here watching events, for which they yearned success all that time ago!

Pathetic isn't it, seeing the squirming political twonks, engineering their futures - that's if they have any tomorrow!

The Brexit Party gets our votes right on!

And, I've beaten Sam Vega to pole position, so sorry Sam, you can get your revenge next time!

Best wishes of course!

Michael, I'm happy to come second to someone I completely agree with!

The Brexit Party it is. Let's hope this is the start of a major and positive change.

Sam, you are a gentleman! Thank you!

Just to say, Mr H, that when I was working in the garden the other day, a pleasant lady asked if she could deliver a Lib Dem leaflet!

As a similarly pleasant rejoinder, I declined, and she went away.

Bless my soul, when I got home yesterday, yet another Lib Dem leaflet had been posted, and Mrs O'Blene has already altered it and wondering where to display it...

Scrobs and Sam - well that's it I've voted. Not many names were crossed off those voter lists they use. Maybe turnout will be light.

Well put AK. I voted with those thoughts in mind!

Cherry - thanks, I'm sure many of us voted for much the same reason.
