Well at least he managed to stay upright, or is he just using Cameron for support in both senses.

Scrobs - at least he isn't kissing Juncker's ring.

Wiggia - if the photo was taken after lunch then I think Cameron is probably keeping him upright. There will be an EU protocol for keeping the President upright after lunch.

Bill - it is a secret EU political elites handshake, but I happen to know what this one means. It means "say what you like, we have you by the balls".
