I am sure the Ancient Romans and Greeks would have cracked this problem years ago.I rather like the old Roman way with failures - chains, Olympic Stadium, lions.

That's why the politicians changed the rules. They wanted to be able to fleece the rest of us ans=d waltz off into the european susnset with gold-plated pensions.
