Interesting dilemma here. We know for sure that we can't actually trust the people themselves to know what to eat. But do the government guidelines derive from research done by corporations, or do the corporations merely adopt the government guidelines? And should religious organisations or Trade Unions or NGOs have a say in what we eat? Could I stay safe just by asking some random bloke down the pub what I should eat? Providing I don't actually make the choice myself, I don't think they can touch me for it...

Good thinking. I’d left pizza off the list - an oversight.
Sam - good point. Maybe we could ask supermarket staff where the most nutritious officially approved food is displayed and just go for that.
