Thanks, that was extremely interesting. I like the comment by the colour-blind community that the rest of us waste a lot of time discriminating between and talking about colours. Is our experience of colour a "waste of time"? And maybe all the other senses too? Or is that just how people label experiences they cannot access or appreciate?
Sam - I'm sure our general experience of colour is not a waste of time, but in some cases it may be a distraction and those cases may be more common than most of us will ever know.
