Gosh, but in much less than 100 years it will be far cheaper for virtual reality to simulate exotic holidays to places we've never even heard of. Forget boring old Mars, the imaginary planet Gnorbis will have much more to offer once the reality engineers get going.
I think I'll stick with Norfolk for now though.

Sam - they should be saving up for mortgages but I'm not surprised. It's still Norfolk for me.

Well, maybe, but were we not all supposed to have our individual flying machines and super highways high in the sky according to futurists of the past? Apart from that the increase in world population and depletion of resources may well put up basic living costs a fair amount. It could be the best we can manage is a week or a few days in one of those delightful caravan sites in Norfolk.
Demetrius, the delights of East Runton and similar are not confined to Norfolk, coming from Essex (and other places) East Runton is a positive Nirvana compared to Jaywick...

The problem with Norfolk, and I have it on very good authority, is that the people all look suspiciously like each other!
