My theory is that the Western elite has been using the carbon trading market as an excuse to continue offshoring industrial production, ultimately for their own enrichment
Surely we are building windmills to attract Chinese investment?
Sackers - you may be right. The whole idea seems as dodgy as a nine pound note.
Demetrius - I think they are really propellers designed to suck Chinese CO2 into the EU.
