Sir, a sound BT broadband connection is like a dog's walking on his hind legs. It is not done well; but you are surprised to find it done at all.
When a man tries BT broadband, he tires of life. Adversity has ever been considered the state in which a man most easily becomes acquainted with his broadband connection.
The usual fortune of a complaint is to excite contempt more than pity.
All true, as I know by personal experience. What I really want to do is talk to a person in this country about the shit-awful service. Nothing racist or xenophobic about this. It just adds insult to injury that someone at BT has decided to outsource the response to my anger and grievance.

Sam - what galls me is that I was told the fibre optic version is more reliable. We've had a week with it down for protracted periods every day.
Touch wood but my connection here is not too bad - it drops out sporadically but is quite enough maybe 90% of the time.
So saying ...
James - I don't mind sporadic outages, but it was down for hours every day for seven days.
