Oh we do , around 75% cocao does it and I am not of a sweet tooth, but a couple of days in Bruges changed my attitude.
Good quality dark chocolate seems to be the intelligent choice, but if we already make intelligent choices we don't need it do we?
Just eat lots of it and see if the choices get any more intelligent.
Scrobs - dark choc version I hope.
Wiggia - I go for 75% too, seems about right.
Sam - the trouble is, if too many people try it we could end up with dire predictions about all the health problems caused by excessive intelligence.
I mix the two - have just bought this week's supply. Dark is good for us, milk is for pleasure.
James - I'm not so keen on milk, dark seems to be taking over my taste buds.
