Ryanair use Stansted rather than Heathrow for flights in the London area, and for very low budget operators, the Air Passenger Duty is a noticeable chunk of the price. Entertaining stuff, though, and one can only admire a bloke who sends the Chancellor a carefully-constructed formal letter setting out a business case, while simultaneously calling her "Rachel Rubbish" on a widely circulated video.
